1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all bookings, appointments and enquiries made with ByHadis, the professional makeup, hair and beauty artistry business operated by Hadis Mofidi ("ByHadis", "we", "us", "our"), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By booking a service, paying a deposit, or otherwise engaging ByHadis, you ("client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy.

2. Our Services

ByHadis provides professional makeup, hair styling, lash extension and makeup education services, including but not limited to bridal makeup, soft glam, full glam, Arabic glam, celebrity makeup, hair styling and self makeup or masterclass training, delivered at our Downtown Dubai studio or at a client's chosen location ("mobile service").

3. Bookings, Deposits & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed via WhatsApp, our contact form, or another channel accepted by ByHadis.
• A deposit or full payment is required in advance to confirm and secure any booking. Bookings are not considered confirmed until this has been received.
• Prices listed on the Site are indicative starting prices and may vary depending on the specific look, number of people, location, and any additional requirements. Final pricing will always be confirmed directly with the client before the appointment.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Transport charges apply for appointments outside Dubai and will be confirmed during the booking process.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

We understand that plans can change. However, because appointment slots are reserved exclusively for you:

• Deposits are non-refundable once paid, except where ByHadis is unable to fulfil the booking.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of the deposit and, at ByHadis's discretion, may require full payment of the originally agreed price.
• No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) will not be refunded and may be declined for future bookings.
• ByHadis reserves the right to reschedule or, in exceptional circumstances, cancel an appointment, in which case any deposit paid will be refunded or applied to a new date, at the client's choice.

5. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best possible result, clients agree to:

• arrive on time and with clean, prepared skin unless otherwise instructed;
• disclose in advance any known allergies, skin conditions, sensitivities or recent treatments (such as facials, chemical peels or lash treatments) that may affect the service;
• provide accurate contact and location information for mobile appointments; and
• ensure a suitable, well-lit space is available for mobile appointments.

ByHadis is not responsible for any adverse reaction arising from an allergy, sensitivity or condition that was not disclosed in advance. A patch test is recommended for clients with known sensitivities and can be arranged on request.

6. Results & Liability

Hadis Mofidi and ByHadis take great care to deliver a high standard of artistry tailored to each client. However, makeup and hair styling are creative, subjective services, and we cannot guarantee that any particular result will exactly match a reference image or personal expectation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByHadis's liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid by the client for that service, and ByHadis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

7. Photography, Portfolio & Marketing Use

Unless a client objects in writing prior to their appointment, ByHadis may photograph or film appointments and use the resulting images or video for portfolio, marketing, advertising and promotional purposes, including on our website, Instagram, Google Ads creative and other social or print media, in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of ByHadis or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Bookings and communications may take place via third-party platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram. ByHadis is not responsible for the availability, security or policies of these third-party platforms, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your engagement with ByHadis shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms

ByHadis may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
